[v2,4/4] rtc: omap: Support regulator supply for RTC

On some Soc's RTC is powered by an external power regulator.
e.g. RTC on DRA7 SoC. Make the OMAP RTC driver support a
power regulator.

This is not an error, and the probe deferral will be logged by driver
core anyway. Just drop the dev_err.
