[v3,1/1] cap11xx: add runtime PM support

Puts device into DEEP SLEEP when no LEDs are in in the on-state, and no
input_handlers are in use. Also uses *_autosuspend to prevent a LED
trigger from constantly suspending and resuming device.

As I mentioned in my previous review:

Maybe try installing a custom devm actioni (devm_add_action)? You want
to ensure that the device is put to sleep only after unregistering input
and LED devices.

Ah of course would have to be allocated before the leds and input device register.
