[V7,1/2] regulator: Add document for MT6323 regulator

This patch needs to be merged post-rc1 as it depends on the MFD series of
the PMIC which is already inside Lee's tree pending the PR.

Why? It is an indpendent change with no actual dependency.

that comment applies to the whole series and not just the one patch as
2/2 uses registers contained within a header file which is part of the
series adding the actual MFD driver. adding the doc without the driver
seemed wrong to me.

+buck_<name> and ldo_<name>. The definition for each of these nodes is defined
+using the standard binding for regulators at
+Documentation/devicetree/bindings/regulator/regulator.txt.
