ARM: dts: Fix gpmc addresses for Logic PD SOM-LV NAND and enet

This patch fixes and issue where the NAND and GPMC based ethernet
controller stopped working.  This also updates the GPMC settings
to be consistent with the Logic PD Torpedo development kit.

Seems we've had this broken for a while. Do you want to add a proper
"Fixes:" tag for it so it gets automatically applied to the
stable trees?
