ARM: dts: Allow logicpd-torpedo-37xx-devkit to wake from touchscreen

The Logic PD BSP allows users to wake the system from sleep by
touching the LCD.  Enable the IRQ pin to wake from sleep

FYI, this can be now handled with Linux generic wakeirqs like we do
for i2c devices, serial and mmc at least. You can grep for '"wakeup"'
and interrupts-extended in the dts files and then also for
dev_pm_set_dedicated_wake_irq in the drivers.
