Only when the IB_QP_AV flag of attr_mask is set is it
valid to assign the relatived field of av into the
qp context.

Here (and above) as well, roce drivers cannot be called with any
ah_attr that lacks a GRH. The code that was merged recently guarentees
this at the core level.
