Add support for the AD7605-4 to the AD7606 driver. The AD7605-4 is mostly
interface compatible to the AD7606-6 with the only difference being not
having support for oversampling.

Hey,

A few notes.

The sysfs entry for oversampling would still show up for this.
The IIO_CHAN_INFO_OVERSAMPLING_RATIO bit needs to be removed from the
`info_mask_shared_by_all` field.
It doesn't hurt to leave it, just causes some small confusions about
oversampling when looking at the device from sysfs.

I think this needs an extra patch/change.
At this point in time `st->chip_info` is NULL, so the assignment has to be
moved before ad7606_request_gpios() is called.
