Oh yeah, that macro is useless. I'll remove this block. That was definitely an oversight. We thought we had to create a new macro for adding support for gain and filter GPIOs (which this macro definitely doesn't, as it is identical to the default one) on the driver's channel, but reading other drivers it seems you don't actually need to?
