Chris doesn't like that.

v2: Don't forget to configure the kernel so that periodic reports are
    written appropriately (Lionel)

v3: Keep the configuration context pinned for the lifecycle of
    i915_perf_stream (Chris)

Looks like you just want a forward decl of struct intel_context rather
than the whole header.
