MediaTek's PCIe host controller has three generation HWs, the new
generation HW is an individual bridge, it supoorts Gen3 speed and
up to 256 MSI interrupt numbers for multi-function devices.

Add support for new Gen3 controller which can be found on MT8192.

Please use devm_reset_control_get_optional_exclusive() instead.

This should be

	if (IS_ERR(port->phy_reset))
		return PTR_ERR(port->phy_reset);

there is no reason to continue if this throws -ENOMEM, for example.

This seems a bit odd. I think you should be using chained_irq_enter/exit
here.

Normally, clock control would be within the pm-runtime hooks. What
pm-runtime control are you doing?

Why? You support being a module, so this should be dropped.

Yes, it's truly a long delay, the PCI Express Card Electromechanical
Specification suggests that the de-assertion of PERST# should be delayed
100ms to wait the reference clocks become stable.I will discuss with the
designers to check if we really need that long time and try to make it
shorter.

I think the suspend of bus controller should be the last callback
function which will be called, so I add noirq variant to make sure it's
called after the device driver's suspend function.

I think I maybe confused with the suspend and runtime suspend, I will
remove the pm_runtime* APIs in the next version.
