Multiple ABI function declarations are split unnecessarry on multiple
lines. Fix this so that we have a consistent coding style.

Hi Ioana

It looks like this one might violate the 80 character limit? The limit
has been increased in Linux in general, but netdev maintainers would
like to keep the old 80 limit where possible.
