The ADRF6780 is a silicon germanium (SiGe) design, wideband,
microwave upconverter optimized for point to point microwave
radio designs operating in the 5.9 GHz to 23.6 GHz frequency
range.

Datasheet:

changes in v9:
	- add locked and unlocked versions for spi operations and use them
	  accordingly
	- rename `dev` -> `st`
	- rename `struct adrf6780_dev` -> `struct adrf6780_state`

Cutting it fine but hopefully we can sneak this one in before
the merge window as I'm about to push out for a final inclusion
in linux-next before sending a pull request.

Applied to the togreg branch of iio.git - I tweaked the line breaks
a little, choosing to relax the align with opening brackets in favour
of having sub 100 char lines,

Thanks,

Jonathan
