Thx for your review.
I don't have access to the mt8195 hdmi phy documentation sadly.

I'm basing my work on an old version of this driver submitted by mediatek
for ChromeOs on a 5.10 kernel [1]

I can try to group the bit defines with their register in V3 by looking
at the implementation.
