Please extend the patch title a bit, the title has to clearly indicate where the driver can be found, so the correct title is: media: chips-media: wave5: Support yuv422 input format for encoder. and even better might be: media: chips-media: wave5: Support YUV422 raw pixel-formats on the encoder Notice that you do not need punctuation and no space before the ':'.
