"Now" in multi-tree-repo-approach. If the patch allows it went through
different tree, this is still false. If this was already merged into
mainline, just say since which commit or which release.

Now that the driver core can properly handle constant struct bus_type, move the s3c6410_subsys variable to be a constant structure as well, placing it into read-only memory which can not be modified at runtime.
