This code is pretty much unmaintained at the moment. It's only used when the Experimental flag is set to a certain value. It doesn't integrate with the sec= mount option (esp. considering that we don't have a sec=ntlmssp mount option). I'm also not aware of any servers that support NTLMSSP and don't support regular NTLMv2. As best I can tell, the NTLMSSP code isn't actually reachable today. It requires a certain set of criteria from the NegProt that I don't think is possible with the existing implementation. Since it's not actually usable removing it shouldn't break anyone.
