Move tea575x from sound/i2c/other to drivers/media/radio
Includes Kconfig changes by Hans Verkuil.

If this can be acked by an alsa maintainer, then I can merge it into the media tree.

I really like these changes: the Kconfig part is simplified and it makes much more
sense to have this driver in drivers/media.
