The deferred kill_async() implementation would be something like below. A quick test looks OK, so far, with the given syzkaller reproducer. Ideally speaking, this should be fixed in the fasync sighandler side, but it appears fragile -- kill_fasync() calls send_sigio(), and send_sigio() takes read_lock(&tasklist_lock).
