[v2,00/14] ASoC: soc-core cleanup - step 3

Hi Mark

These are v2 of soc-core.c cleanup (maybe) step 3.
These try to clenaup around kmalloc/kfree related code.
Basically these do nothing from technical point of view.
I added +1 extra patch as [00/14]
