rt5663 and rt5514 needs mclk/sclk early to synchronize its internal
clocks.

This is the v2 patch based on your previous comment to remove unnecessary
function calls. The order in Kconfig is also rearranged. Please let me know if

Sorry I forgot to use --subject-prefix option when making the patch
file. Should I submit a new one with v2 prefix?
