[1/2] CIFS: Add launder_page operation (try #2)

Add this let us drop filemap_write_and_wait from cifs_invalidate_mapping
and simplify the code to properly process invalidate logic.

Looks good to me. I wonder (slightly) about setting the page uptodate
on success, but if we're dropping the page anyway then I don't guess it
matters much.
