As per the flowchart in hardware manual ARESETN is sufficient.,

Indeed you are correct. HW manual mention to assert aresetn and we are asserting
presetn.

I will verify with both resets(opposite flow of start), if it works then I will go with both.

Rechecked the code and flow chart, the current code is ok.
aresetn assert is called in rzg2l_cru_stop_image_processing().
