[0/2] AFBC fixes

This short series addresses the way bpp value is made available
for drm_gem_afbc_min_size(). It can be inferred from the format
if a driver hasn't set anything in cpp[0] (patch 2/2).

While at it, use proper debugging macro (patch 1/2).
