Hi all,

These are the tests for Allison's parent pointer series:

These tests cover basic parent pointer operations, multiple links, and
error inject. This patch also adds a new parent group and parent common
functions.

v2->v3:
- Remove old helper functions
- Clean up requirements for each test
- Let mkfs handle protofile errors
