Use FICLONE/FICLONERANGE/FIDEDUPERANGE instead of XFS_IOC_CLONE/XFS_IOC_CLONE_RANGE/XFS_IOC_FILE_EXTENT_SAME.
And the declaration becomes useless, delete it.
