[v6,00/12] Simple IPC Mechanism

Here is V6 of my "Simple IPC" series. This version addresses comments from
last week on V5. This includes:

 1. Removing "perf and" in pkt-line.c
 2. Better comments to describe the various timeout #define's.
 3. Remove the double-underscore and shorten the "unix_stream_server"
    prefix.
