The struct returned contains context loss counters. These are: global_lost: all resets across all contexts total_lost: all resets for this context innocent_lost: contexts lost, guilty was some other context guilty_lost: contexts lost, guilty was this context v2: get rid of state tracking completely and deliver only counts.
