[RFC] tests/gem_stolen_mem: New testcases for testing the non cpu mappable buffer objects.

The testcases test the buffer objects created with the cpu_map_not_needed flag.
These are used to test the allocation, copy, truncation and non-cpu mappable nature
of the buffer objects created with this flag.
