[v3,7/8] drm/i915: Reauthenticate HDCP on failure

Incase of HDCP authentication failure, HDCP spec expects
reauthentication. Hence this patch adds the reauthentications
to be compliance with spec.

  do-while to for loop for simplicity. [Seanpaul]
