We should also migrate all of the sseu code from device_info.c to intel_sseu.c for consistency; I'm ok with that being done as a follow up if you prefer to avoid it in this series. I was also about to mention adding the intel_* prefix to the remaining functions but then I realized you add it in the next patch. My personal preference would be to do that in this patch, but I'm not going to block on it.
