From: Daniel Gomez <da.gomez@samsung.com>

Add MAINTAINERS file support to query for maintainers inside kdevops
project.

Add scripts/get_maintainer.pl from Linux kernel 6.12-rc3 (latest release
available as of now) to be able to query for maintainers, reviewers,
last committers, etc.

===================

Descriptions of section entries and preferred order
---------------------------------------------------

M: *Mail* patches to: FullName <address@domain>
	R: Designated *Reviewer*: FullName <address@domain>
These reviewers should be CCed on patches.
L: *Mailing list* that is relevant to this area
S: *Status*, one of the following:
Supported:	Someone is actually paid to look after this.
Maintained:	Someone actually looks after it.
Odd Fixes:	It has a maintainer but they don't have time to do
much other than throw the odd patch in. See below..
Orphan:	No current maintainer [but maybe you could take the
role as you write your new code].
Obsolete:	Old code. Something tagged obsolete generally means
it has been replaced by a better system and you
			should be using that.
	W: *Web-page* with status/info
Q: *Patchwork* web based patch tracking system site
B: URI for where to file *bugs*. A web-page with detailed bug
filing info, a direct bug tracker link, or a mailto: URI.
C: URI for *chat* protocol, server and channel where developers
usually hang out, for example irc://server/channel.
P: *Subsystem Profile* document for more details submitting
patches to the given subsystem. This is either an in-tree file,
	   or a URI. See Documentation/maintainer/maintainer-entry-profile.rst
	   for details.
T: *SCM* tree type and location.
Type is one of: git, hg, quilt, stgit, topgit
F: *Files* and directories wildcard patterns.
A trailing slash includes all files and subdirectory files.
F:	drivers/net/	all files in and below drivers/net
F:	drivers/net/*	all files in drivers/net, but not below
F:	*/net/* all files in "any top level directory"/net
One pattern per line. Multiple F: lines acceptable.
X: *Excluded* files and directories that are NOT maintained, same
rules as F:. Files exclusions are tested before file matches.
Can be useful for excluding a specific subdirectory, for instance:
	   F:	net/
	   X:	net/ipv6/
matches all files in and below net excluding net/ipv6/
N: Files and directories *Regex* patterns.
N:	[^a-z]tegra	all files whose path contains tegra
	                        (not including files like integrator)
One pattern per line. Multiple N: lines acceptable.
scripts/get_maintainer.pl has different behavior for files that
match F: pattern and matches of N: patterns. By default,
get_maintainer will not look at git log history when an F: pattern
match occurs. When an N: match occurs, git log history is used
to also notify the people that have git commit signatures.
K: *Content regex* (perl extended) pattern match in a patch or file.
	   For instance:
	   K: of_get_profile
matches patches or files that contain "of_get_profile"
	   K: \b(printk|pr_(info|err))\b
matches patches or files that contain one or more of the words
	      printk, pr_info or pr_err
One regex pattern per line. Multiple K: lines acceptable.

--roles => show roles (status:subsystem, git-signer, list, etc...)
--rolestats => show roles and statistics (commits/total_commits, %)
--file-emails => add email addresses found in -f file (default: 0 (off))
--fixes => for patches, add signatures of commits with 'Fixes: <commit>' (default: 1 (on))
--scm => print SCM tree(s) if any
--status => print status if any
--subsystem => print subsystem name if any
--web => print website(s) if any
--bug => print bug reporting info if any

Output type options:
--separator [, ] => separator for multiple entries on 1 line
using --separator also sets --nomultiline if --separator is not [, ]
--multiline => print 1 entry per line

Other options:
--pattern-depth => Number of pattern directory traversals (default: 0 (all))
--keywords => scan patch for keywords (default: $keywords)
--keywords-in-file => scan file for keywords (default: $keywords_in_file)
--sections => print all of the subsystem sections with pattern matches
--letters => print all matching 'letter' types from all matching sections
--mailmap => use .mailmap file (default: $email_use_mailmap)
  --no-tree => run without a kernel tree
--self-test => show potential issues with MAINTAINERS file content
  --version => show version
--help => show this help information

Default options:
  [--email --tree --nogit --git-fallback --m --r --n --l --multiline
   --pattern-depth=0 --remove-duplicates --rolestats --keywords]

Notes:
Using "-f directory" may give unexpected results:
Used with "--git", git signators for _all_ files in and below
directory are examined as git recurses directories.
Any specified X: (exclude) pattern matches are _not_ ignored.
Used with "--nogit", directory is used as a pattern match,
no individual file within the directory or subdirectory
          is matched.
Used with "--git-blame", does not iterate all files in directory
Using "--git-blame" is slow and may add old committers and authors
that are no longer active maintainers to the output.
Using "--roles" or "--rolestats" with git send-email --cc-cmd or any
other automated tools that expect only ["name"] <email address>
may not work because of additional output after <email address>.
Using "--rolestats" and "--git-blame" shows the #/total=% commits,
not the percentage of the entire file authored. # of commits is
not a good measure of amount of code authored. 1 major commit may
contain a thousand lines, 5 trivial commits may modify a single line.
If git is not installed, but mercurial (hg) is installed and an .hg
repository exists, the following options apply to mercurial:
          --git,
          --git-min-signatures, --git-max-maintainers, --git-min-percent, and
          --git-blame
Use --hg-since not --git-since to control date selection
File ".get_maintainer.conf", if it exists in the linux kernel source root
directory, can change whatever get_maintainer defaults are desired.
Entries in this file can be any command line argument.
This file is prepended to any additional command line arguments.
Multiple lines and # comments are allowed.
Most options have both positive and negative forms.
The negative forms for --<foo> are --no<foo> and --no-<foo>.
