[v6,00/14] Add Allwinner H3/H5/H6/A64 HDMI audio

Hi,

To avoid using set-tdm property of the simple-soundcard we will introduce
a specific soundcard for Allwinner HDMI later.

So I have dropped the simple-soundcard, the title of the serie is no more
relevent...
