The i.MX8M Nano is similar to the i.MX8M Mini is some ways, but there
are enough differences that require the Nano to have its own
power domains in both gpcv2 and blk-ctl.

This series is based on a few series
[1] - from Peng and Lucas which updates the GPCv2
[2] - from Peng which adds the blk-ctl
[3] - from myself which adds imx8mn to the GPCv2
