Changes in V3:
  - fixed the build errors reported by 'kernel test robot'.
  - Only perform clock pause in RGMII fixed-link usecase.

Changes in V2:
  - Call fix_mac_speed() with new mode parameter added.
  - reorg the function of imx_dwmac_fix_speed_mx93 by using the
    mode parameter.
