[RESEND,01/15] ARM: clps711x: Remove NEED_MACH_MEMORY_H dependency

This patch removes dependency of NEED_MACH_MEMORY_H for CLPS711X-target.
Since some board may have memory holes, define ARCH_HAS_HOLES_MEMORYMODEL
for these boards.

I'm having trouble applying these. Can you say which base you used
and in which order to apply the two series?

Afaik this is already in the arm-soc by Olof.

Yes, you are right. It's harder to track what has gone in for
standaline patches, so I assumed these would be different.
