These boards are now fully ported to device-tree, so the old implementation
can go away.

The defconfig needs downstream quirks anyway, so we can just remove it from
mainline.

I have taken the time to review this patch at least.
I think you missed something : arch/arm/configs/pxa_defconfig.

Could you complete and resubmit a v2 please ?
