The reference manuals says that "The initial seed takes approximately 2,000,000 clock cycles." If the rngc peripheral clock runs at 66.5MHz, this is approx. 30ms. A timeout of 100ms is more appropriate that the current value of 3 seconds. We define the timeout in us to simplify the transition to readl_poll_timeout.
