Add nodes for all 3 Parade PS8830 Type-C retimers found on Qualcomm X Elite CRD board, along with all of their voltage regulators. These retimers sit between the Type-C connectors and the PHYs, so describe the pmic glink graph accordingly. On this board, these retimers might be left enabled and configured by the bootloader, so make sure the retimers don't reset their configuration on driver probe.
