Add gpu and gmu nodes for sa8775p chipset. As of now all
SKUs have the same GPU fmax, so there is no requirement of
speed bin support.

Yes. There is only a single revision implemented downstream.

Bjorn,

Would it be possible to pick this patch for v6.13 or is it too late?
We can ignore the dependency on the display change since we are not
enabling GPU in this patch.
