Copy and add 3 definitions of new unprivileged ioctl (BTRFS_IOC_GET_SUBVOL_INFO, BTRFS_IOC_GET_SUBVOL_ROOTREF and BTRFS_IOC_INO_LOOKUP_USER) from kernel.
