Odd language, and good catch. If I understand correctly, the result
of !SENSORS_ASUS_EC is 'm' if SENSORS_ASUS_EC=m. So, yes, it looks
like this needs to be "ACPI_WMI && SENSORS_ASUS_EC=n".
