[v3,1/3] iio: temperature: Adding support for MLX90632

Melexis has just released Infra Red temperature sensor MLX90632 used
for contact-less temperature measurement. Driver provides basic
functionality for reporting object (and ambient) temperature with
support for object emissivity.

Sorry for my rant / review earlier - thought I was looking at V3. oops ;)

Anyhow, much better.  A few of the comments from there still apply though
and I'm out of time to port them over to this version today, so I hope
you don't mind fishing them out of that review.

I have adjusted per your request even other remaining bits. I hope pm
is now looking as it should.

Thanks for noticing that there is no register in the datasheet
(sometimes internal knowledge gets in the way of such things).

I have reordered patches as well (details in cover letter). I think v4
