Fix wrongly stated 13 Hz ODR for accelerometers, the correct ODR is 12.5 Hz

For some reason git didn't want to apply this automatically so I did it by hand.
Hopefully ended up with the same result.

Applied to the togreg branch of iio.git and pushed out as testing for the autobuilders
to do nothing much with it.
