Hopefully it won't because no one else will think: "Let's provide an interface that gives userspace the option to pick from many weird clock choices". In case you haven't guessed, that's one decision from a long time back I wish I'd made differently. 2 choices would have been plenty.. Applied to the togreg branch of iio.git.
