This patch is based on Axel Rasmussen's patches that enable testing with HugeTLBFS: (https://lore.kernel.org/patchwork/patch/1432055/). This allows me to easily verify that the KVM patch does indeed work for anonymous, shmem-backed, and hugetlbfs-backed pages.
