[v1,3/4] selftests/x86: Consolidate signal handler helpers

Commit Message

Chang S. Bae April 3, 2023, 4:43 a.m. UTC
Many test cases have the same signal handler (un)register helpers
which have been copied exactly over there.

Clean up this by moving this helper into a common place. Also, update
the Makefile to support this shared code.
