[GIT,PULL,v2,for,4.20] Big V4L2 fwnode patchset

Hi Mauro, This set contains the big V4L2 fwnode framework rework, including mine and Steve's patches. What is now possible includes tonnes of bugs fixed, default V4L2 fwnode endpoint configuration as well as less manual DT parsing in the i.MX driver. Since v1: - Updated fwnode patches from Steve, to address review comments (most importantly author vs. SoB difference). - Rebase on current media-tree master. - Added Jacopo's patchset adding default OF configuration for the renesas-ceu driver --- dependent on the rest of the set.
