Add bindings for the Raspberry Pi PiSP Back End memory-to-memory image
signal processor.

v3->v4:
- Drop 'clock-names' as we have been confirmed there's a single clock

v2->v3:
- Add back 'clock-names' as suggested by Laurent
- Add Rob's ack
- minor grammar/style fixes
