 create mode 100644 sound/mips/snd-n64.c

v5:
depend on SND=y
remove unneeded ~7 check (handled by the step constraint)
use is_power_of_2
pass sizeof(*priv) to snd_card_new()
move irq assignment last
check for ioremap failure

v4:
correct pointer() advancing and hw double buffering

v3:
use platform resources
2021
renamed struct to n64audio
irq param type to bool
fix blank lines in n64audio_isr
check substream is running
spin_lock_irq in _prepare
integer constraint
clear substream ptr in close
init spinlock earlier
set runtime->delay
periods_min=2
constraints, native dma buf

It's almost done, but...

Requesting an IRQ should be done before the card registration.
For this particular driver, it's likely OK because it's only for
built-in, but in general snd_card_register() implies that the device
is ready for access from user-space, hence all resources should have
been ready before that point.
