This series converts all MMC/SD-drivers to use GPIO descriptors
cutting a bit of complexity out of the slot-gpio.c file.

Next step will be to also remove the inversion flags from the
MMC host core and let the descriptors deal with that.

This series can be pulled in on top of v4.20-rc1 for
testing from:
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/linusw/linux-gpio.git gpio-descriptors-mmc-cd-wp
